Delivery FAQ

If you have any questions, please DM us on instagram. We will do our best to respond as soon as possible. The questions below are relevant to cookies only.  

Where do you deliver?

We ship to every postal address in Australia via Australia Post Express. 

When will you send my order?

We ship postal orders via Express Post on Mondays-Thursdays. 

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing (we bake every order fresh).

When will I get my order?

We ship via Australia Post Express Shipping, which typically takes 1-2 Business Days to reach you from the day it is posted. 

Once your order is shipped, we will notify you with a tracking code to track your delivery.

How much will shipping cost?

Our Express Post across Australia is a flat rate of $15.

How long do my cookies last?

Cookies may be stored in an airtight container for 7 days. We believe you will most likley eat before that time.

If you don’t plan on eating all of your cookies at once, freeze them on the day you receive them. When ready to eat, simply heat your cookies for 15-20 seconds in the microwave. 

Returns & Refunds

All of our cookies are made in house, by hand. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot be responsible for how they are transported and stored once they leave our shop.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

We reserve the right to decline an order cancellation or modification if we are not able to complete the request before the product has already been shipped. Please double check your order before placing it, ensuring all details in the delivery address are correct.
